About Infused

Infused is a neighborhood gem that brings together the past and present.

The vision came to life when Tushar Shah, a South Jersey local, and his team purchased the Holiday Inn and began renovations throughout the entire property. The unique and stylish design provides an atmosphere for social gatherings and family-style dining with our tapas menu and extensive handcrafted bar program.

The vision was to create a comfortable and inviting ambiance and to bring something new to the area that wasn’t currently there already. The restaurant centers around a food and beverage program that utilizes the freshest local ingredients in the area.
